About Calvin Crest

Calvin Crest is a camping ministry dedicated to serving as a witness to the love of Jesus Christ and guiding persons to Him, so that they may live and grow as His disciples through the fellowship of the Church.

For over 50 years, Calvin Crest has provided Christian camping programs and retreats for people of all ages and abilities. The grounds are located on 340 acres just South of Yosemite National Park. Drawing from churches as far away as Colorado and Washington, Calvin Crest has helped 25,000+ people come to know Jesus Christ.

We Believe

The heart of Calvin Crest is about relationships to our family, to those around us, to our churches, and above all, our relationship to Jesus Christ. We believe that the Bible is the authoritative Word of God, which serves as the primary guide to our faith and practice. We believe that prayer is the lifeblood of our relationship with God and that He desires for us to share both our joys and concerns with Him. With an evangelical emphasis, we embrace the challenge of sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with our guests. We honor God by striving for the best in all that we do - the standards to which we judge excellence is the wisdom of God, not of the world.
